Siz FINARA saqlayotgan o'zingizga tegishli ma'lumotlarni o'chirishni istalgan vaqtda talab qilishingiz mumkin.

Qanday so'rov yuboriladi

  1. Quyidagi manzilga xat yuboring: xolmurod.oripov@gmail.com
  2. Xat mavzusida: «Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish so'rovi» deb yozing
  3. Xatda ko'rsating: ism-familiyangiz yoki kompaniya nomi, aloqa raqami va qaysi ma'lumotlarni o'chirish kerakligi
Javob muddati: so'rovni 30 kun ichida ko'rib chiqamiz va bajarilgani haqida xabar beramiz.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ma'lumotlari

Agar siz FINARA Bot ilovasiga o'z Facebook yoki Instagram akkauntingiz orqali ruxsat bergan bo'lsangiz, ruxsatni quyidagicha bekor qilishingiz mumkin:

Ruxsat bekor qilingach, biz o'sha akkauntga tegishli barcha saqlangan ma'lumotni o'chiramiz.

Qonuniy cheklov

Buxgalteriya va soliq hujjatlari O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligida belgilangan muddat davomida saqlanishi shart. Bunday hujjatlar qonuniy saqlash muddati tugagunga qadar o'chirilmaydi — bu haqda so'rovingizga javobda alohida ma'lum qilinadi.

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

You may request deletion of the data FINARA holds about you at any time.

How to submit a request

  1. Send an email to xolmurod.oripov@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
  3. Include your name or company name, a contact number, and which data you want deleted
Response time: we will process the request within 30 days and confirm once it is completed.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) data

If you granted the FINARA Bot application access through your Facebook or Instagram account, you can revoke it as follows:

Once access is revoked, we delete all stored data associated with that account.

Legal retention

Accounting and tax records must be retained for the period prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Such records cannot be deleted before that statutory retention period expires; if this applies to your request, we will state it in our reply.
